ACRYLIC GALSS PRODUCTION

The KOPLAST spol. s r.o. company is one of the prime processers of acrylates in the Czech republic and its employees have many years of experience with processing of these materials. The production of acrylate (acrylic glass) is the prime focus of the company from the very beginning.

We are using reliable technologies for manufacturing of acrylate products and our primary objective is state-of-the-art quality of production and customer satisfaction. Taking into account we provide job-order manufacture, we are able to produce series from 1 piece up to series of thousands of products. Before the production is started, a reference sample product is manufactured as a commonplace (if it is technologically possible for the product) followed by customer approval.

To name a few, our production program focuses on shop equipment, shelf systems, cash-counter PMMA supplies, machine covers, etc. For exhibition, we produce acrylic stands for prospectuses of all sizes and types based on customer needs, rotary stands from acrylic glass, acrylic skims for light advertisement panels, various types of acrylic glass covers based on customer needs and custom-made special products.

Taking into account we are acrylic glass processers, we have the most frequently used types of acrylic glass available (limpid, smoky, opal) of various thicknesses, and thus we can satisfy even the public customers or customers requiring acrylic glass panels of various sizes and purposes (e.g. protection of table work surface etc.).
We can sell acrylic glass in original panels of standard formats 3050×2050 mm.
Our customers often require advertising imprints or plasters of the products. To do that, we use screen-print, foil plastering or modern print technologies.

For production, we use extruded acrylic glass the most. If the customer needs so, we can use molten acrylic glass. Furthermore, you can pick from different color shades, transparent or translucent materials, structured acrylic glass, anti-reflex or satin acrylic glass, acrylate blocks, acrylate bars and tubes (both extruded and molten). On customer need we can arrange for various brands of acrylic glass from prime European manufacturers. The above stated special types of acrylates are to order and are not available by default.
