Vacuum moulding machines
We started manufacturing of KOPLAST branded vacuum moulding machines in our company in 1999. Construction of these machines comes from long-term development and experiences of our employees in area of plastics moulding. The VL 800, VL 1000, VL 1500 and VL 2000 vacuum moulding machines are certified today with TÜV certification authority for Europe.
The KOPLAST vacuum moulding machines are manufactured as a semi-automates with continuous regulation of performance. When working with the machine, you can set the plastic fomentation temperature, performance of heaters including limitation of particular sections, duration of fomentation cycle and other functions. For the machine to run, it must be connected to compressed air and powered with 400V AC, 50 Hz.
