Plastic production technology

Koplast spol. s r.o. uses time-tested and the latest production technologies, including:

Milling and engraving of plate materials using MultiCam CNC Router 3000 with work table in size of 3060 x 2060 mm. It enables to shape plate materials up to thickness of 50 mm.
Cutting of materials and raster engraving using MultiCam laser 2000 (400 W) with work table in size of 3060 x 2060 mm. It allows to cut acrylate up to thickness of 25 mm, steel up to thickness of 4 mm, other materials according to specification (except PVC, aluminium, copper etc.).
Dividing of materials on high-speed circular saws.
Grinding of acrylate edges into matte.
Polishing of acrylate edges into high gloss.
Sticking of materials.
Bending of plate plastics on the cord and wide-range benders.
Thermal moulding of plate plastics.
Vacuum moulidng of plastics using Koplast machines (can be moulded to screen printing).
Milling and turning of plastics.
Assembling of plastic components into technological units.
Realization of different expositions made of acrylate, including assembly.
Other plastic plates processing technologies (except welding of PE, PP, PVC).
